Sierra Pacific Mortgage has helped my partner and I achieve our goal and dream of becoming home owners! After being turned down by two other lenders, without any good explanation or guidance, we were introduced to Colin Hitt by our realtor, Tina Roach. We explained to Colin that we had been denied by two other lenders and he didn't flinch. We turned over all of our financial records to him and he quickly reviewed and provided guidance on what needed to be fixed in order for us to qualify for our home loan. Once we were squared away we got approved without any issues. Throughout the process Gina McCoy was so kind as to answer questions and helped us with all the needed documents to get us to the closing table. She was absolutely amazing to work with and always prompt with her replies.
