Weve been attending here for 2 years, the first year and a half was fine. Then I had a doctor change, and was supposed to be scheduled with a new one, this never ended up happening. It got to the point where I needed a refill on my medication so badly we had to beg for a refill. Thankfully I got a refill. That was in April. Radio silence from them, the never set me up with a new doctor, and because of this I have to go in as a new patient and go through all the hoops again just to get my medication I am prescribed, what a waste of time. If you plan on going here proceed with caution, they might do this to you too.

Definitely lacks professionalism. I usually do get my meds though because I dont leave messages on the refill line. I leave a message at the office. They changed psychos on me and Im not sure about this one yet. I think the problem begins way up on the ladder. And that is the main problem. Theres no one capable to begin fixing the problems. Im pretty sure its run by the state somehow and that right there is the root of ALL the problems. What a shock. Right?

they close at 5pm but they stop answering the phone around 2-3pm.
