I got a new phone they help me log into my Amazon account and help me set up my phone and got it registered and I got the phone at Walmart About on the fifth and Walmart barely help me set the phone up, and the Verizon store has done more than what they were supposed to, and then some beyond the call of duty And then some

Came in today to switch from t-mobile. Zach was amazing getting me Into the exact phone and plan I wanted. So very helpful and patient in every way!!

Bought new phones from Chris he helped me get set up and transferred and provided some great service to me. He took the time to show me how to use and explained everything very well to me. Had a awesome experience and will be back in the future.

I came in to the store today with an issue I have been having ever since the big storm and all of the outages came. I was kinda weary about coming in but I was welcomed and greeted by the very nice sales representative Chris Grubb. At the start he seemed very genuine and nice to me he was super thorough in being patient and trying to help me. He made me feel welcomed instead of being rushed and I really appreciated that. After it was all said and done he went through my bill for me explained everything and he fixed my phone for me which was the main issue I was having. My husband and I have been coming here for years and have been Verizon customers for years. This awesome experience only solidifies our satisfaction with this company and this particular store here on 3rd Avenue. 10/10 would reccomend this store to anyone.
