The house went on the market on Wednesday, 3 January 2024 and by Saturday, 6 January 2024 I received an offer. I accepted the offer and closed on Tuesday, 20 February 2024.

Knowledgeable, Responsive, Professional and Friendly! Cheryl did a great job selling our rental property! We had an offer the first weekend that we listed it "for sale"! She has a great feel for the local real estate market. Her response time is unbelievable, we felt like we were her only customer! That's a rare quality these days! We wished we had more homes to sell, we'd definitely would have Cheryl sell for us again!
