We stayed 1 night in a king room. Arrived very late in the evening and the desk clerk was very welcoming. We were on the 2nd floor but in hindsight the 3rd would have been better since we woke to kids stomping on the floor above. Breakfast was good. It was served in the dining room to order. Also convenient since it went to 11am.

Older building with small rooms and cramped bathrooms. Nice and clean, as others have mentioned. The area is not the best, but there are many restaurants within a five minute drive. Convenient with easy access from the highway. We had both a good and bad experience with staff: At 8:55 am, a housekeeping lady just unlocked the door and walked into our room. Fortunately, I was dressed, but my husband was just getting out of the shower. She didn't apologize and just said I'll come back later.
The man at the front desk when we checked in was not too friendly, but the lady that served us in the little restaurant was delightful. She also cooked breakfast and did a great job. The freshly cooked breakfast was a nice change from the usual hotel fare. Mixed feelings on this place so hence the 3 stars.
