I travel for work and are in hotels most of the year and I must say this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had.Dirty room, urine in toilet, toothpaste in sink. Looks like the room I got was never clean. Just the beds were made. So I got a new room, room number 2, turns out theres no towels, so I called and let the front desk know. They said they are in the dryer and that they said they will bring them up. This is all Around 8 oclock. 10pm rolls around and I still have no towels and my heater doesnt work. Its 40 degrees outside. Oh and guess what they are fully bookedstaff ended up finding me a room, room #3 and then I came there and bad bad mold smell from the heater. Im allergic to mold.. then I call the staff and they tell me there no mold in there Im allergic so I can tell, the smell was the worst I have ever smelled. we go on to room #4 it was the cleanest out of all- its almost midnight at this point. Im just so exhausted and cant believe I had to go through that. The staff on duty worked very hard to find me a room, its not their fault housekeeping isnt very good.
Cracks in the ceiling, toilets barely flush. Other guests were complaining to other guests about how dirty everything was. So nasty. This place is a dump and is violating many codes. this place needs to be closed down.

Rooms: Rooms were clean and well stocked but we had to ask for the room to be serviced twice.
Food & drinks: Good restaurants in the immediate area.

Always a good stay here when I'm in the area. The manager Jake goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. They do a really nice job with the breakfast in the morning and rooms are comfy. I will be back

Place is a great place to stay. General manager and front desk clerk helped us so much during our stay there during a family tragic. I couldnt thank them both enough, I forgot there names as my mind is everywhere but they was awesome people. Service was fabulous. If Im definitely back in this area this will be where I come to Stay. Also the rooms was great, cant complain about one thing! I rate them 5/5! Again thanks to the general manager and front desk clerk!!

Here I am back at the Best Western again, and this will be the last time I stay here. Not only 2 days ago I put a review up about the rooms not being cleaned. I come back tonight and the first room we were placed in there was 2 people sound asleep in the bed, same front desk lady sweet as can be, did everything she could to get us taken care of. We went to 7 different rooms and Im not exaggerating and all 7 were filthy. Trash every where dirty towels toilets beds wasnt made. She even took me to the one we stayed in 2 nights ago and yes it was still dirty from where we stayed in it. Front desk calls Mrs. Donna and she said to try one more room and see if it was clean, well it wasnt. 2 rooms on second floor had doors still propped open from earlier in the day, and we were placed in one of those that was marked out of order.
I honestly cant believe how bad housekeeping is at this hotel. They all need to be let go, its unacceptable. Management needs to step it up and start checking these rooms, or they need to be let go as well. Here is a few pics from different rooms we had went into.
And not only the filthy rooms as soon as i lay down in the bed i get attacked by a bed bug.
