Don't ever bring your phone to be worked on. They had my phone for a month and still not repaired. What are they even getting paid for? I really hope that management sees this because this is absolutely the worst customer service and such a bad look for a company. The employees lie right to your face.

Mostly a knowledge and friendly team at this store.
The man on the phone sounded like he could help with my I-Phone replacement battery bought the day prior. The team at the counter just said that they couldnt help and a Have A nice Day.
The phone discharged as fast as the battery that we replaced.
It would be nice to have this team tell customers that their replacement isnt any better than the replaced battery .
Im out $80.00 for nothing!
Please tell customers to send their I-Phones in to Apple for new batteries and save their $80.00 at Battery Plus!
