Staff are very rude and do not want to help out patients. If the Dr. Order's are not right in her hand, she doesn't want to have to get up to do any work. The need to be reported to the state!

These guys are fantastic! They had the power supply for my c-pap. I forgot it at my home in the Seattle area. They hooked me up fast with a smile! Love it!

I got the best customer service I have had in a long time when I phoned Norco medical today. Brad was such a nice guy on the phone! He listened fully to the issue at hand and personally solved it in a matter of minutes! I was inquiring about my CPAP machine and why I hadnt gotten it yet. He did some research and found the problem and personally walked the order to the shipping department! I am looking forward to long positive relationship with this department as I am receiving oxygen in addition to my machine. He spent extra time to make sure I understood everything and even sent a link to a how to video right away! Kudos to old fashioned, personal and positive customer service!!!
