      image We reserved a special car for the event, but when we arrived this brand was not available and they did not even explain this when booking. If you don't want surprises while renting a car, I don't recommend this location.

      image We had the same person give us our rental and receive our rental. He was very cold to us , I assume because we are Latinos. He was laughing and joking with an old white man but as soon as my mother came to him he was very stern. As soon as we walked out he even locked the door. Terrible customer service. His name was Nelson. Otherwise the rates and such where average
