The way that Fred Meyer fulfills their delivery orders is not good for the customer. They do not honor coupons used at the time of purchase but only count those usable at the time of delivery. They send receipts called "final receipt" that are not the final receipt. They grossly overcharged me and I only received a partial refund and that was after talking at length with Kroger customer service. They even charged me for items that I didn't receive. And when I mentioned this, their customer service hung up on me. I've been going to Fred Meyer my whole life. No more.

Being accused of shoplifting and shaken down for a receipt is absolutely ridiculous. Just because something is not in a bag. It does not mean you didnt pay for it ! Furthermore, Im not at Costco if Im not paying a membership fee to shop at your store why should I have a receipt? #WouldRatherShopAtCostco

Just the worst move a company can make is take a Highly Unpopular policy from somewhere else and try it themselves. Why would you follow in Walmart footsteps and start checking receipts as people leave. That's why I stopped going to Walmart and I will not be back here. Freddie's is usually my go to grocery store but not this one.

First. Thank you for a decent organic produce section. That said we need more organic options in other food areas. Consumers are getting wise to the chemicals, persicides, , food dyes, bromide dough conditioners in breads. The list is endless. Give us clean food that's not in a plastic container and your business will grow.
