Best company to rent from I hope we don't have any problems at the end of our lease because I might change my review to one 1 star!

The people are very kind to work with but when i got to my place it was moldy on the windows, oven was disgusting, smelled like animals have been there I got told "no pets were here" but yet i ended up finding fleas! I dont own any pets nor walk in shoes. I had to get out again to bomb the place then when it was time to move I cleaned up best i could but i was told 5 times to come back and "clean better or pay for them to clean" i was so mad because I did clean, it was 1000% better than how I got it, i was super annoyed that he kept calling me to come back to clean it, the oven, the tub im not exaggerating when i say i went 5 times and spent my money on cleaning supplies and hourss.

I have never been taken advantage of like this before while renting. Dave is an outright liar! Big scam and renters beware!

Ross Pacific Management has handled our property for 15 years. We have experienced several renter turnovers and they have made each transition efficient and effective with little vacancy exposure.
