What an appalling phone experience with Tracy.
Called to inquire about getting set up as a client for personal and small business tax purposes and gave a brief description of both and what my needs were. When I asked if I would be able to set up something to get help with these needs, I got the response "um no, not really.. have a good day..." I had to interject before being hung up on to inquire as to why I wouldn't be able to set up an appointment to discuss these items. I was told "we really only deal with big businesses and their 1040s". So I mentioned the fact that their website has written all over it how they are there to help individuals (see their website, multiple exams of referencing helping individuals) and was told on the phone "we will sometimes consider smaller requests if we aren't full".
I hope someone in this business will see this and make adjustments to their interactions with potential customers, even if you are only targeting larger businesses (in which case, perhaps delete all of the "individual" statements on your site); I don't think it's a good business model to leave potential customers feeling like idiots just for dialing your number.
