I have used Fine Flowers multiple times, from graduation Lei's to a bridal shower flower bar. Kay is the best and treats you like family. Her flowers are fresh and are absolutely gorgeous. I love this shop and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Wanted to get my wife flowers for Valentine's day
So I ordered them a month in advance just to make sure they got delivered to her office on time. I guess a month is too little of notice for that I understand that Valentine's day is one of the busiest days of the flower year but I would have thought a month would have been enough time.
Update: you guys did make it right thank you so much we will be coming back.

Flowers often symbolize special moments, leading us to commemorate occasions. Recently, I used the Fine Flowers website for a business delivery, expecting timely service. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived after business hours. Despite discussing this with the owner, I encountered excuses and blame-shifting instead of a resolution. The owner suggested I should have specified the delivery time in instructions. Disappointing and unprofessional service from Fine Flowers; consider exploring alternatives for more reliable deliveries.

I ordered a bouquet for my partner's birthday. I only provided my budget and some general direction, otherwise I left it to the florist's discretion to put together something nice. The results were perfect. I will be ordering from them again.

Fine's is the best!!
I've ordered arrangements from Fines, several times. I like to request designer's choice and have never been disappointed. The designer is always on point with my request, and the arrangement are always stunning.
Delivery has always been excellent. It's really nice to know I can trust Fine's with my requests.
