I don't mind going to the dentist at all and I usually enjoy the interaction with the dental hygienist during my visit. The gal that cleaned my teeth was the only enjoyable part of my interactions with Dr. Kim's office. I called to make my appointment and the front desk was not friendly. At my visit, I arrived and waited in the office for 30 minutes before anyone came to the front desk, I even called to make sure that there was someone there and no one answered. It was lunch time but it was still a horrible first impression, it's confusing to get to an appointment early and have no communication about where everyone is. My husband had a $40 credit on his account for referral and he still received a bill for his services. When I called today to pay off the bill the person who answered the phone was just straight up not helpful with a huge tinge of RUDE. I didn't bother mentioning the referral credit because she seemed annoyed that I was calling for his account. They did find my earring that fell out and returned it to me but that is a pretty basic customer service thing to do. Neither of us will be going here again.
