      image Never have I had the worst customer experience in the world, Autumn was the one who helped me and she was beyond rude, and a few weeks ago my friend went to go get some new hair color and she changed the hair dye to black. She was trying to go for purple not black but now there nothing she can do about it without damaging her hair so much. Hope autumn gets the karma she deserves.
