Front desk staff is competent and kind. Back office staff (referrals, nurse advice line, etc.) is also wonderful and quick to respond. Doctor Cronkhite is competent, likeable, good with kids, and very responsive. The clinic makes good use of their MyChart platform and we are able to ask non urgent questions of Dr. Cronkhite via the MyChart messaging and avoid unnecessary appointments when possible. They're our kids' advocates and resource when we experience health challenges. ~Mother of five kids, including children with multiple health, developmental, and mental diagnoses.

This is an unconventional review in the sense that I'm not reviewing a specific Dr. Instead I'm reviewing Ms. Kimmie, an extremely helpful person from the referral department.
I called for a referral and she was extremely informative, helpful, professional and kind as she helped explain my next steps. I know our medical professionals have been overwhelmed for a very, very long time and I respect, honor and appreciate the HUGE sacrifices they make everyday! I have to admit though, it was refreshing to have someone in that line of business just talk to me nicely, and like I was a person looking for help instead of being talked to like I'm a hindrance because I called and being rushed off the phone.
Ms. Kimmie even went above and beyond the call of duty to call me back with updated information regarding my request. I thanked her during the call for her superb professionalism during a time where everyone is overwhelmed and overworked and tends to leave kindness at the door but I also wanted to ensure I thanked her publicly as well. It's been a long time since I could hear the sound of true care and commitment to ensure the health and well-being of others on the phone and I couldn't keep that seemingly simple yet powerful act to myself.
So if you ever need a referral, you're in great care with Ms. Kimmie at Evergreen Pediatrics!

We see Dr. Paul Goodwin and he’s the best! He has a really friendly/calm demeanor about him! We also really like Alex his nurse. He is very friendly and engaging with my kids! I’ve had to call nurse advice few times over the years and am always happy when it’s him who answers since he knows my kids/their history! They are a fantastic team! And I’m so grateful for the excellent care! In addition, we’ve seen a handful of doctors for same days appointments and have always been really pleased with the care! Thank you Evergreen!

We really like dr. Goldfarb! First of all, he's knowledgeable, compassionate, and always follows through. He is a great listener and always open to dialog if a parent has some concerns. He calls back, remembers his patient stories and our visits. I trust him with all my three kids because he always explains his thinking process and if something is beyond his expertise, he doesn't hesitate to consult with a specialist and get back to us.

My daughter's doctor Jennifer Soden. She was very attentive at first, but after a few visits was over 40 minutes late and rushed. The MA did not know how to give shots. My daughter was stabbed with the needle and it wasn't deep enough I could see the liquid coming out. Afterwards my daughter had knots for almost 2 months. I asked for the Ma to do the shot slow and deep the next time and it went well, but the next visit after they were given wrong again and the knots were there. I find it annoying that if I show up to an appointment 5 to 10 minutes late I cant be seen, but the doctor can run as late as she wants. Also, my daughter suffers from constipation and all the doctor tells me to do is give her water or prune juice. Prune juice just makes her stomach hurt and doesn't give relief. I will be looking for another doctor.
