It's a large department store. Prices are higher than I expected, but I guess that is the economy
Didn't have any kids slippers, which is what I was after, but I have bought things from here before

Doors were locked an hour before they actually closed only one door was unlocked and by the time you figure that out, the employees watching you struggle from 20 feet away are likely already complaining that you dare come in while theyre open before they close upon finally making it in after the jumanji puzzle that is trying to find a door into this JCPennys, you can proceed to quickly finding what it is you were looking for to get out as fast as possible (as to not further inconvenience the poor retail employees,) you will then spend 15 minutes walking around trying to find a dressing room, wont be able to find one, once you do youll see every one within a mile is closed. Then youll ask another fellow customer whos also frustrated by that, then youll go ask an employee if they have even one that is open. That employee will then not look you in the eye while telling you they close dressing rooms at 7 (this is not posted on signage anywhere) and then proceed to dismiss you when you say that thats not very helpful. Anyway every other department store does it better, spend your time at Macys.
