Our families visit to look at Franke Tobey Jones was above and beyond our expectations. The staff is friendly and informative. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. The feeling of compassion is present in their employees. It is a hard transition with having to move a parent into a new living situation and they make it known our mother will be well taken care of by the best.

I have had the honor of working with members of the FTJ team for over a year now, and I cannot rave enough about them! From their professionalism to their wonderful and open communication, they truly are the gold standard of Senior Living.
I had the great privilege of working alongside Christine Hall and Michelle Olafson when we first partnered together. They were supporting a roll-out of our product in their community. Not only were they efficient and diligent for all of the action items, but they were kind and selfless every step of the way. They truly set and maintain a high standard for the way they treat vendors and their residents.
I then got to work with staff members of the community like Terry Allman, Shirley Robbins, and Carole Velez, all of whom were an absolute delight. Their main focus was and continues to be the residents and what they can do to support their needs.
I cannot say enough great things about their culture and employees. I am a better person because of them, and I hope others get to experience the wonderful community they have built!
