Each time my boyfriend and I have gone to this location, they have always messed up our order. This last time (3/17/24), we ordered ahead with their app and then proceeded to wait in the drive-through for an hour while they tried to fulfill orders. Once we did get our orders, the fries were cold, our ice cream was practically melted, and our burgers were made incorrectly. I think this was the worst experience either of us had with a fast food restaurant.

This Burger King location was a significant letdown, especially considering the usual brand standards. Being limited to drive-thru only wasn't ideal, and unfortunately, the menu displays weren't functional, making the ordering process inconvenient.
The exterior of the restaurant presented a poor first impression. Unkempt surroundings and visible dirt did not create a welcoming atmosphere. While the staff itself seemed alright, the overall experience fell short due to the food quality.
My Whopper meal was a particular disappointment. The burger itself was lukewarm, bordering on cold. The lack of proper preparation was evident in the meager toppings a single piece of lettuce and a solitary onion ring hardly qualify as a complete burger.
This experience significantly deviates from the expectation associated with Burger King. It raises concerns about the franchise's quality control measures. It's crucial for corporate to address these issues at this location. Allowing such a significant discrepancy between their brand standards and the reality offered at this branch ultimately tarnishes the Burger King image.
