I just went in and asked can I have someone line up my edges and she acted like she didnt know what that was and then said I thought you wanted some chemicals on your edges. So it was evidently a race thing because Im African American. Ive been there before and it was fine. But I guess theyre saying they dont do black hair.

Usually I am very happy with Great Clips. This last time the stylist did a poor job of blending the sides and back to the top. Very choppy. I'm really unhappy with it.

Honestly I wouldn't have thought a chain hair cutting place would earn 5 stars, but it has. I was greeted promptly and sincerely friendly. I saw the same stylist I saw almost a year ago, Michelle, who was also friendly and even remembered the things we chatted about last visit. She listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions and my hair looks great! Very affordable and easy to get in, especially using the app. I am very happy with this place!
