Left my mom. She was just inside of where the bus dropped her off. Looking out the window waiting for her return bus. It was been high heat so she was trying to stay cool. The bus driver drove around the building and didn't stop at pick up spot and left. When I called to speak with him to ask him to wait for her he hung up in my face and left the other bus station I was en route to so she could get home. Customer service wouldn't dispatch him, they just rebooked her and said I needed to send feedback via customer service to file a complaint. No refund, half apology. This driver probably won't get in any trouble. I was told by a staffer that works at station that it is the same bus driver that's done that to other people. He is known for honking and leaving. But he is still employed. 1/10 do not recommend.
