Jesus was the most thorough rep. and went over and above the call of duty to assist us to get the return labels for returning our Sprint phones. We have been going thru various rep. Stores and chat sessions since mid Dec 2020 to no avail. Thank you for you work ethic and perserverence to assist your customers.

Upstairs is wayyyy better than the downstairs one. I went downstairs with phone issues and they said they weren’t letting anyone in the store but when someone else came in and said they wanted a new phone, they were let in. The upstairs one isn’t blocking the entrance with a table and are extremely knowledgeable and nice!

This use to be a poorly run sprint store and it is just as bad if not worse than it was. The manager was very rude and basically did not care about me as a customer. I don't recommend going to the upstairs tmobile at all. It seems like they do not care about their customers like the other stores do. They are always on their phones and pass off their work to one another. If you like wasting your time and be at a tmobile store for hours upon hours go to the upstairs tmobile they DO NOT CARE one bit about their customers. However I do recommend going to the downstairs location they treated me very well and resolved all my issues that the upstairs store caused me. If I could give 0 give zero stars to the upstairs location I would worst experience I've ever had with T-Mobile.

Sprint and T-Mobile have finally merged! I'm to be so excited for this ohh yes. I hallways haev troubles learning new things but the employees here really really help. I am from India and language barriaer is difficults at times but the woekrs here very patient and ncie! Manager Carlos and the SKYs helped me transfer dayta and all

I’m so sad I switched from T-mobile. It’s been a long 6 weeks dealing with my service and our bill. Returning products I didn’t use and still haven’t received my credit. Was misinformed many times by the associates and even the manager. I’m still confused on my bill and our phones we turned on when we switched from T-Mobile haven’t received credits for them. I have had other issues with the division store. I’m thinking that it’s the CC communications. My only hope is to try another store. I hope for better customer services. Right now I want my phones back and will go to another provider..
