The Coventry Estates property claims to be a quiet neighborhood and it is anything but.
So definitely FALSE ADVERTISING.
Be prepared to be woken up almost on a daily basis at 7:30 am because the property hired a company to do siding work that couldve been done at 9:30 instead.

Beware before you sign , they don't care about your issues or problems , they will not help or communicate , they make you suffer and will make sure you are Buried and lose everything ,
I can't believe these people have no compassion for the hard working people that work hard. Trust me , worst management I have ever dealt with

They wont rent to anyone without a cosigner people dont want that responsibility, realtors rather go without rent instead of trusting the hard working people, but they will rent to any tweakers with housing vouchers imagine that

Actually shocked by these low reviews. I have rented from three different properties from black realty and I have had nothing but awesome service from them. Yes awesome. They work with you during difficult times too. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this company.
