Please have a TrueGreen salesperson call me. Im upset that I have been trying to talk with someone about a plan. I will not accept any more treatments or pay for any more treatments until I have a discussion with a salesperson.
While the lawn technicians are EXCELLENT, TrueGreens Sales communication is very poor. Have someone CALL ME! And DO NOT schedule anymore services until someone does contact me!

TruGreen sent out a specialist to inspect damage, stated that the grass should fill in by spring. Thats that. Called again to complain that was not a sufficient resolution.
Update: Customer Service representatives offered a 50% discount on aeration, and a reseeding to repair damage. I spend a good amount of time preparing the yard for correction and seed by the scheduled date. This free service that was supposed to make the situation right was cancelled by Trugreen without any notification or explanation.
I have cancelled my prepaid service with TruGreen, and am extremely disappointed. I am sure my loss as a customer will not be considered, judging by the lack of care. Services: Grass seeding, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control
