1000$ for a assessment No contact after calling for months after an assessment then they send to the wrong place and not to the other parties that they are supposed to then say its on u when you have a call log from months and a ferry county prosecutor wondering if they are even open. Lies and this is what we have to be judged by. Embarrassed to be an American trying to be better. Highly recommend having a witness around as stories seem to change. If you can go somewhere else do it! Washington state needs more options if we are forced like hamsters. This is a money grab, do not care about you getting better or wanting better.

Terrible place of business. Verry unprofessional, double the price on me when I arrived. Then took 2 months for something they said would take 3 to 4 days. Actually had to get my lawyer to contact them and demand a refund then they sent my results.

I have had two appointments with them, they have canceled last minute and forced me to reschedule on their terms twice. Completely unprofessional, theyre providing an essential service but theyre so hard to work with it makes that challenge even more difficult

There needs to be a way for DV perpetrators to access affordable treatment. If one agrees they need treatment but is just a working class individual or on any kind of disability income, retired - its not doable financially. They suck you dry. These programs give no positive treatment recommendations, ever. From what I have seen, this is only one of two that offer treatment. I want to see a treatment for perpetrators that helps with out thousands of dollars to them. that is funded by insurance at least! Or a sliding scale so these people get the treatment they need and deserve. Drug and alcohol treatments are available by insurance or other means, just like any other treatment for any other mental illness. They are just as sick as any other individual! Give them affordable treatment! They give people who need the treatment absolutely no chance unless they have money coming out their eyeballs. Disappointing.
