Due to previous experiences, I was hesitant to call, but I left messages for several companies today, and Phil was the only one who returned my call. In between jobs, he called back in about an hour and came out the same day on his way home. He was courteous and professional. He had the replacement part on his vehicle and was able to fix my hot tub within an hour (thank heavens it wasn't anything significant). Work is completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I hope I don't have to call him again, but if I do, I'll call him right away!!!! Mike is someone I would recommend to anyone in Spokane Valley who needs a spa repair.

In the winter, finding a hot tub repair technician is difficult. Most don't answer the phone or can't ""squeeze you into their calendar"" for another two weeks. I was fortunate enough to come across Steve at Spokane Valley Hot Tub Repair Pros. He returned my call swiftly, arrived to my house the next day (albeit in sub-zero temperatures), repaired my spa, and was quite affordable. It couldn't have been much simpler. It comes highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars.

Our hot tub was broken, and we had two estimates from different contractors. The first firm wanted to charge us $4,000 because both hot tub pumps were broken and needed to be replaced, as well as another part I can't recall right now. Steve, one of his colleagues, came up and mended the hot tub in under two hours. You know what went wrong, right? Wires that are strewn throughout. For a few hundred dollars, he replaced the loose wires, saving us thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs! We've been enjoying the hot tub practically every day since they fixed it for the past month, and it's still going strong! Aaron and Steve will undoubtedly be contacted again!

The customer service is outstanding...definitely a five-star rating! My hot tub in Browne's Addition had two serious problems recently, and Amir with Spokane Valley Hot Tub Repair Pros not only fixed both, but they also came with a warranty. Despite the fact that my repairs were $1700, my hot tub is quieter than it has ever been and heats up quickly. Yeah, that sounds like a lot, but they replaced one pump with a more powerful one, as well as the main circuit board and labor, all for a reasonable price. Mike was my service technician, and she performs an excellent job and is straightforward. He is a top-notch worker who works rapidly. They also do an excellent job of keeping the customer's lines of communication open. Spokane Valley Spa Repair Pros comes highly recommended, and I intend to service my spa from them.
