Sturm put in a new furnace and AC unit a year ago, and they did tankless water heater for us recently. They are fantastic to work with and do a very good job. Their prices are competitive and they are knowledgeable and provide explanations to ensure that we understand the process and available options.
Kip (Sturm's estimator) is great to deal with. Every crew they have sent has been professional. Each time I have worked with them, it is apparent that Kip knows what needs to be done for our house and it is clear Kip is more knowledgeable than Sturm's competitors that have provided us quotes. They show up when they say they will. I recommend them to all my friends and we will continue to use Sturm for any HVAC needs.
