The seal for the sliding door is cracking all the way around, there are stains all over the carpet, and part of the siding has broken off. What a mess. Then there are my upstairs neighbors that make so much noise day and night, itâ€™s like a heard of elephants running around up there. It sounds like the ceiling is going to fall down. If youâ€™re an online shopper, you can forget about it. Iâ€™ve had several packages stolen from my front door. Manage hasnâ€™t done a darn thing about it. I CANNOT wait til this nightmare is over.

The street is hill on both ends and snowing made it very hard to travel up and down the street it really needs first response snow emergency help.
