Didn't even qualify to live there with my sister but was strong armed during a pandemic to sign a lease when she couldn't work, and we both didn't have jobs. They allowed a completely able man to dip out of the lease with no warning. They are trying to charge me for months I didn't even love there, now putting me in a debt that I will absolutely NOT pay! Ignored all laws during the pandemic, lied, ignored service animal laws... oh and they seem to lose important things like dates, and They are bullies as far as Management and are highly unprofessional.

Constantly harassing me about rent, knowing we are in a pandemic and I was out of work. Spoken to them several times about what was happening. Thankfully will be free from this place in April. No eviction law right now but just go ahead and bother me every week about something I've already explained to you. Gross.

Most unprofessional management I have ever encountered. Apartments are old and outdated, ive been given numerous parking violations even though they havent secured me a garage in months. If management gets tired of your complaints they will ignore your calls and not respond to your voicemails. Not to mention this place is crime ridden. Cars have been stolen off the lot, storage units have been broken into, and theft in general is a common occurrence here. This is coming from someone who worked here and decided the free rent wasn't even worth it. I'm moving ASAP. I would only rent here if I literally had no other options. Stay safe and don't rush your next move. Rent being fairly priced is all this place has going for it.
