I have lived at Meadow Ridge for just over a year, moved in right before Covid started. The manager has been amazing! As she currently has no maintenance staff she’s doing everything on her own, and things are getting done. She has gone above and beyond, even to the point of working on her “off” hours. She addresses questions and concerns promptly and to the best of her ability. Due to Covid, however, it’s been difficult to get to everything addressed and some things have to wait. I recently had a problem with my sliding door, because it’s a security issue it is being addressed immediately.

It was difficult finding a place to move to when I first got to Spokane, but I’m glad I found Meadow Ridge!

This is my 1st time living in a apartment . I have been here almost 2 years and I think it great, you are close to all the stores, there are very nice people here also. Nicole is always available, which makes it nice if something does happen she right here ! She is always making the property look good ,even been there to help, so for my experience I think this is a great place to live.

We have lived here going on 4 years. There has been several managers here. We had an amazing one that got so much done and improved. She also got to know you and truly tried to take care of our needs. We have tried to be the best tenants we can be. She was let go and we have another new manager. We have recently moved into a studio apartment. The major complaint we have is our upstairs neighbor. There is constant noise from her and her dogs. She is disrespectful to us making known that she is being too loud.
We have made complaint after complaint. The neighbor is still here!!! We don't want to cause problems but why does she not have to abide by the given apartment rules.
