Norpac was prompt, professional, and successfully got rid of our HUGE hornets nest!! Quality business at an affordable price! Highly recommend them and won't use anyone else in the future. Can't say enough good things about them.

They were on time, very friendly, and available quickly.
I needed to have the underneath of my house cleaned of rat feces and any that had died underneath in the crawl space. I found this company on thumbtack and started the conversation, followed by calling to further discuss the details.
In the end I needed the plastic in the crawl space removed, all holes sealed, insulation tacked back up and all dead rats removed.
Trey and Steven were great. They came to my house with all the equipment they needed.
About 3 weeks later I could hear the rats back at work under the house in which I reached out and Trey got me setup with bait traps.
The problem continued so I crawled under the house to check that things were sealed up and that the insulation was fixed. I was disappointed in the insulation not being pushed back up or even tacked back up in places. The holes were sealed. Then I started into the second crawl space and realized there was a nest I'm there were we hear then at night.
At this point we now had bait traps from Norpac, 2 kinds of poisen we bought, traps, and replacement covers for the man hole into the house.
Had somebody else come take a look in the second space and low and behold a rats nest, insulation needed to be removed and the hole sealed around the pipe into the shower. Service: Rodents

Used these guys via Angie's List and we will definitely reach out to them again should we ever need help with this type of thing in the future.
Trey was super personable and did a nice job -thankfully quick and easy! We also really appreciated him taking the time to chat with us and drop some knowledge, while remaining very patient and professional. Five star quality work and service, via a four star quality connection between Angie's List, Home Advisor and NORPAC...

This review is on behalf of my employer, a home services management company, that had an extremely unfortunate and unprofessional experience with Norpac and the business owner.
We contacted Norpac to inspect a home for one of our homeowners. Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on.
The Norpac website claims the business “values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction”
This was far from the experience we had with Norpac.
The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee’s communication along with the homeowner’s specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac.
We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices.
Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.

We had Trey come to our home around October 2018 to rid of our rat problem in our newly built home. He told us to contact him 3 months later to refill the bait stations. We didn’t. 😅 Now five months later we believe the rats had returned.Trey came back to our home and refilled the bait traps very quickly and for a great price! If we ever need anymore pest control we’ll call Trey at Norpac.
