Although I had some challenges with the blower as it was missing an important flapper, their attention in getting the machine operating properly, and treating me very fairly for the time delay, was phenomenal.
I was most amazed at the shared communication between all service personnel. Everyone was aware of what was going on and jumped in to assist me as quickly as possible.
Great group of people.
