I've started attending Body & Brain Yoga Tai-Chi in April 2020. Since then, I've attended sessions over Zoom every 1-2 weeks working on energy movement, Tai-Chi and Qigong, and Body and Brain Yoga. There's been a number of special classes I've attended which have helped me start my journey in reconnecting with my true self and soul. These were very transformative and powerful sessions, to say the least.
I'm currently taking an 8 week session on Healing your Chakra with Brianna Sieberg, Master Johee. These classes will provide me skills and exercises to strengthen or unblock weakened chakras. JoHee, thank you for offering this 8-week class. I believe itâ€™s a very important step in me moving forward in life and rediscovering happiness, laughter, and joy. Upon completion of the session, I believe issues that were holding me back in life will no longer be blocking my energy (or blocking less of it). JoHee, you are an amazing instructor/mentor and am so happy Iâ€™m working with Body and Brain to help me discover my true self, reconnect with my soul, and learn how to become brighter with energy. I want to say thank you and express my gratitude. I feel I have a much better outlook on life than I did a year ago and in attending classes and sessions have become a member of a great community of all that practice Body and Brain Yoga worldwide.
I would absolutely recommend Body and Brain Yoga Tai-Chi. Every week, I look forward to attending class because I'm able to let go of all life's stress and walk away feeling energized, refreshed and have a clear, calm, mind.

Brianna Sieberg, JoHee, is a knowledgeable, energetic, and compassionate leader of our sister Body & Brain class.
Not really knowing all about what Brianna was schooling for. I took two in person, mother and sister, classes while visiting family in WA.
Not realizing my body and brain tuned in and was wanting more, when the opportunity came up to join my sisters, in a zoom class, meeting once a week, I said I was in.
Little did I know that through JoHeeâ€™s leadership I would be taught to reconnect to my body and brain. I use that knowledge to reach inward and bring out that energy, my inter self, my inter strength to improve my spiritual self.
JoHee, listens to our class and focuses on different parts of my body that needs extra attention. The stretching moves we go through in class has my body cooperating in my daily activities. With the knowledge and leadership of JoHee, I find myself using what she has taught me, to over come pain and anxiety that disrupts my daily life.
The meditation sessions at the end of our class helps me be aware of my inter self, how to relax, be aware of my breathing, my ability to talk to my body, calling for inter energy. How to release negativity and bring in positive energies.

Since the pandemic started it has been hard to attend exercise class. JoHeeNim didn't miss a beat and started holding classes online right away. Her classes are upbeat, enjoyable, and effective!

The first time I stopped into Body & Brain I thought they taught basic Tai Chi and Gi Gong like I had seen before. However, I quickly learned that what is taught here is a method that embraces the whole body, inside and out: physical, mental and spiritual. I have been taking classes now for 5 months and the improvement in my overall health and mental outlook are amazing. I have learned about how the body is made of energy and that I can channel that energy for healing as well as to quiet my mind and reduce stress. I always thought walking was good exercise, but after taking various different classes I realize that you need to work on all parts of the body to obtain optimal health. I am getting there, but this is a process and not an event - an ongoing journey that I will continue as part of my life going forward.
JoHee is an amazing instructor, always taking the time to really listen and hear what I say. She is compassionate, unconditionally accepting, and has taught me how to "Connect" with my inner self, learning more about myself every time we meet. During this pandemic, while we are home quarantined, Body & Brain has continued to hold their classes and sessions viz zoom. This is an incredible gift to their students and shows their dedication to the health and well-being of everyone.

As I'm writing this review, I have a big smile on my face. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, and I was having a particularly difficult time. I was introduced to Body & Brain, Madison Park and Master JoHee (Brianna) through a family member. Initially, my goal was to learn a bit more about meditation and how the flow of energy impacts our body and mind. Little did I know that I would come into a practice of self awareness and growth and a path to healing, as well as building a genuine connection with Master JoHee, who is an incredibly special person with a unique gift to help others. Given the social distancing, my visits have been all virtual (on zoom), so you can live anywhere and still be a part of this amazing community. Master JoHee offers one-on-one sessions (which I have done for the past 4 months and plan for at least a few more). I have also attended classes and a Connect seminar, all of which I have learned a great deal from. I personally believe that everyone can benefit tremendously from Master JoHee as well as her Body & Brain studio in Madison Park. The silver lining I see in 2020 is the notion to slow down, take deeper breaths, and find time for yourself to grow and heal and being a part of this community is a wonderful way to start.
