I love coming here for my waxes with Tori. She was the first person I've ever had to wax anything other than my eyebrows. She always makes me feel comfortable and does a good job! I recommend her for anyone who is interested in waxing and for people who are already waxing!

I got my haircut with Majid after a recommendation from my friend. He was very detailed and gave me wonderful layers. Gorgeous salon with a beautiful staircase up the middle. It does hair on the upper level and facials, etc. on the level you enter. Everything there smells so nice!

Tried a facial here for the 1st time, the facility is alright, not as clean as other spas I have been to. The service was mediocre, did not like the hands “massage”, it could have been firmer but didn’t feel any pressure. I got the Repair Facial, which’s came with a neck massage according to other reviews, but I did not get one. My esthetician also left the room a few times, together for more than 15 minutes, one time she said she need to get some Q-tip. Really?!? I got a very nice foot massage while they “steaming” my face at other spa, over here the esthetician just left the room for 10 minutes. The steam was too hot and I pushed it away within 2 minutes. I've had a better experience from other spa. I still left her a tip on top of the extra/upgrade I had to pay.
