Perfect Place for Downtown Seattle! My daughter and I had a blast staying at this condo...it was very comfortable and modern. I was surprised at the high quality towels and sheets....and the water pressure was amazing (something you never get in a hotel)! The owners left the best recommendations for dinning out and everything was walking distance. We were only in Seattle for the weekend but will definitely come back and stay longer in this perfect place!

All the amenities you are looking for. Next door to Pike's Market, walking distance to all of downtown Seattle. Loved the fresh ground beans every morning! This was the perfect base for all of our excursions, be it shopping, sight-seeing or dining. We took advantage of the multitude of restaurants close by, and the rooftop sitting area was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Gorgeous view of the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again!

I just love this place! We stay with Seattle City Suites every year we visit Seattle. They are clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Easy access to the waterfront and steps away from Pike Place Market. Within walking distance to the stadiums! Emma & Van are so easy to work with. Amanda & Jack McDonald Rock Hill, South Carolina

We rented this unit Pike Place Market S4 via VRBO#433802 three months before our stay. Unfortunately, a month before our stay, we were informed that it was unavailable and we were forced to switch to a unit in Belltown S7 - VRBO#3903346). The management company seattlecitysuites is not as competent or sincere as one would hope. First, despite forcing the change, they didnt immediately refund the change in the price despite the fact that both units were on VRBO which clearly showed that the Belltown unit was $60/nt cheaper! (They kept insisting they were the same price and I had to send the VRBO price screenshots to get the price adjusted!!!) Second, they didnt update the unit change in VRBO and thus our check-in instructions remained for the Pike Place Market Unit!! Third, no one was available by phone to rectify the situation for a considerable about of time as we waited with our luggage in the streets of Seattle Downtown AT THE WRONG LOCATION!!! Finally, upon realizing their error regarding the check-in instructions they offered a $50 credit one month later, as of the writing of this review, we have yet to receive it. The unit is marketed as sleeping 4. Be warned, it has an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. If you value your spine, dont count on it. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The unit has a small air-condition unit in the bedroom which makes a fairly constant grinding noise measured at about 37db. Also, the bedroom window has to be left open to vent the AC outside. Given this, on a hot day, it is barely able to cool the bedroom. The remainder of the apartment remains fairly warm. Lets just say, it sleeps 4 if you dont like 2 in the party ;-).
