Centrally located with a variety of food outlets nearby. Pool, spa and sauna with gym in complex. Only downside were noisy tenants in the unit above that appears to have a wooden floor.

Everything about the rental experience was very smooth and efficient. We have stayed at this property before, so that made things easy as well. But the process and communication from Sea to Sky was excellent all around, even when I had to make a correction to the contract re: number of people in the group. I would like to send Kudos to Jamie Nicolau who did a very professional job responding to a concern I had about an email Sea to Sky sent just before my rental started. I thought it was spam, and Jamie let me know it was not and why it had been sent out. Jamie provided another response to my concerns about the email formatting which led me to think it could be spam. It was well written and thoughtful. In this day and age of form letters and scripted responses, I was impressed and pleased with Jamie’s emails. I have worked in and managed Contact Centers for 30 years, so I am sensitive and critical of these interactions, including response time grammar, tone, etc. Jamie and other communications from Sea to Sky has been excellent. Harbor Steps Apartment was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Seattle. It has a wonderful view of the harbor and the Ferris wheel. The two bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the four of us. Two blocks from Pike Market was so convenient! It was also safe with good security. Park your car in the provided parking lot and walk to all of the fun places Seattle has to offer.

Great rooms with all the amenities needed. Building is kept up well and the gym/pool area was awesome. Overall a great stay in Seattle and we will book if we’re in Seattle again!
