These people are CROOKS!! I booked a room with them through Airbnb and they put me in a completely different building. BEWARE! I booked a room with them for the night before my wedding. You would think that I’d have noticed that they sent me to an entirely different building but with all the wedding planning, I didn’t notice that the address they sent me via text message wasn’t the same. When we arrived, they didn’t even have a room ready for me in that building, let alone a parking space. They said the room we were supposed to stay in caught fire so they had me staying downstairs in a small room nothing like what I’d booked until I could move up to “my room”. Told me they’d refund the first night for inconvenience. Next day, they called to say I could move up. Went upstairs to this room and noticed the red decor, but something was a little off. Still a nice room and it was MY WEDDING DAY so I didn’t notice it wasn’t the same place at all until my photographer called to say she was downstairs and she wasn’t even at the right building!! Thirty minutes later, we are running late and on your WEDDING DAY that’s a big deal because there’s usually a pretty tight schedule. So everything from that point was late. Our family photos were late. Our ceremony was late. Our reception was late. EVERYTHING was late because these crooks can’t get their act together. Not to mention we booked the original listing because the Space Needle was visible through the window so we didn’t even get the portraits we were hoping for. And now, after communicating with them and having them agree to refund the first night and 50% of the second night, they are reneging on that offer and have told Airbnb that they didn’t agree to that and will only refund $500 of our stay. Hope that was worth all of the reviews I plan to leave about your crooked business. If you do business like that, and don’t do what you said you’d do to make it right with the customer, you deserve all the bad reviews.

Spectacular view from the bedroom, kitchen and living room. We relax each evening with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the water. The Penthouse was great, lots of amenities. Excellent service with free Limousine airport pickup. Very accommodating.
