My wife and I booked a private, guided trip through south America.travel. We spent 8 days in the Sierra region of Ecuador. From a city tour in Quito, hiking in ecological reserves and parks, shopping in the local markets and leather town (Otavalo and Cotacachi), to the tourist attractions of Banos. Our driver, Edison, was amazing. Always on time, always courteous and helpful, fully conversant in English and Spanish, and a great and tireless driver. I'm not one for group tours, so this was a perfect solution. We got to wake up, eat, shop, and hike all at our own pace. An amazing experience in an amazing country with an amazing guide. 5 stars all the way around. Services: Private tours, City tours

We had an ambitious itinerary for slightly under two weeks, but our travel agent was able to organize our stops smoothly. Our hotels were interesting as well as very comfortable. We opted for some smaller boutique hotels in historic buildings and liked them a lot. We traveled all the way from Buenos Aires to Iguazú to Chilean Tierra del Fuego. We especially enjoyed the lake crossings from Argentina into Chile. There were a lot of families touring at the same time (Christmas week), so it was a bit crowded but still very enjoyable.

Planned a trip to the Patagonia regions of Chile and Argentina with Mike for our honeymoon and it was incredible! The trip was seamless, the hotels were clean and comfortable, and the excursions were memorable and worth it. It was a pleasure working with Mike on what worked best for us and what places were worth visiting (vs not) and the kinds of experiences we were looking for. The price was competitive compared to some of the other travel tours we looked at and everything was customized to our liking. Would 100% use SouthAmerica.travel again for any extended trips.

We took a tour organized by Izabela Zielinska of SouthAmerica.Travel to Rio & Iguazu Falls in February 2016. Overall, this was one of the best tours who ever have, both in service and in the beautiful Rio & Iguazu Falls we visited. Both tour guides and the tour shuttles and drivers were excellent. The best part was that the tour guides were personally with us all the time during the tour and at the airports, providing us with information and keeping us safe, otherwise we may have difficulty checking in at the airport due to big crowd, language barrier, and the airline code share confusion. We particularly appreciated Pat, who skillfully guided us all the way for the seven hours tour in the hot sun in the Argentina Iguazu Park; otherwise we will not be able to see the whole Park by ourselves. The Arena hotel in Rio was very nice and right on the beach with many good restaurants around, the breakfast in the hotel was exceptional. The Carnival in Rio was spectacular; our seats were right in the front and comfortable. It was a very nice experience. We were very impressed by SouthAmerica.Travel service and will definitely recommended Izabela to all our friends who are interested in travelling to that region. What impressed me most was that they still contact me after four years about our review on their service. Services: Private tours, City tours
