Taxes with hr at different locations and had always had the best service but going to this location Rainier
ave next to the subway was very unpleasant. The lady was very rude. I dont know why she was talking to me the way she was, i was very respectful and she was Like a child that wanted us to leave slamming her hand on the table like i did something wrong. I have never felt so embarrassed or someone treating me like Im stupid. If she Doesnt like working with people and dont know how to service customers in a polite manner than she really needs to find a new job. Me and my spouse got up and i said, i dont know why your being so rude, i have been respectful to you. I can go somewhere else. We dont need to be treated like this. .. i mean why should i take that from anybody let alone someone that suppose to be helping people not acting rudely to them. That HR IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. All she wanted was for us to be in then out. Do NOT GO TO RAINIER AVE H&R block next to the SUBWAY. Rude and not helpful.
