Good facility with large selection of products for low vision aids. Jen was extremely helpful and patient in showing and demoing different products. Would recommend to anyone looking for aids to low vision.

We arrived at the store a 445pm and the second we came in the door the guy working there informed us that the store would be closing in 10 minutes .Then he walked away! When i asked him wich of the hand held devices was the 300$s+ product and if it changed magnification. He asked "you dont want to look at all of them do you?" "we are closing!" Well I have worked for good estabishments that when they say they are open untill a certain time they help thier customers if they come in the door 1 minite before we close the door! Im not sure if i want to go back to that store ever!

The customer service is amazing and there clinic made me feel welcomed. I would highly recommended this place to any friend/loved one.

Over the top impressed with the Sight Connection team today. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and empathetic from initial phone call to suggestions about strategies and products. Kudos to the receptionist and the incredible low vision optometrist.
