The owner, Derek, goes above and beyond and always delivers white glove personal service and this is based on having worked with him personally on countless clients together. Derek at Olympic Living Solutions was a true blessing to us. We needed to move my very reluctant mother to a new living option. After a hospitalization, she needed 24 hour care. Although Derek was able to refer her to several great nursing homes, my mother was not very receptive to that. Derek recommended an Adult Family Home. We had never considered that but it was the perfect solution. Derek did a lot of research and each home that he showed us was a great option. The home we chose for her couldn't have been better. They were loving, kind, and patient. They even mourned with us when we lost my mother last month. Derek was professional, patient, informative, and kind. My mother's last year would not have been as wonderful as it was without Derek's expert help.

We were in a very difficult situation and desperately needed help finding an adult family home for my mother (91). Derek responded immediately and provided several options for her. Tours of homes were completed the following day, and every home we toured would have been an excellent option for my mom. We were able to move her into her new home within the next 24 hours. Derek was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and responded with the sense of urgency appropriate to the situation.
