Comes across like the person you want on *your* team, not *their* team. Resolved my issue by phone. Asked for payment by way of donation to a local nonprofit school for autistic children. Five stars ~

        I am still in the process of being in touch with Evan, as the Covid virus has delayed the eviction of my miserable, unpaying tenant. Knowing that I have been frustrated, scared, and angry, Evan has contacted me to assure me that he is keeping up with every new mandate, that he will do all he can - withiin the law - to rectify my situation. That has meant the world to me.
