Laura Ford was nothing less than a consummate professional for the duration of our sale and beyond, from the initial meet, to assisting us with staging, and finalizing the sale. She was available at almost any hour of the day to address any questions or concerns we had. Her local knowledge, and understanding of buyer trends, netted us more than we expected on the sale of our home. She really knew what to do to get us the maximum amount our house was worth. Having bought and sold three homes, I can say with sincerity that Laura is the hardest working agent Ive worked with of them all. I cant recommend her enough if you are in the market to buy or sell your home.

Laura was so helpful and knowledgeable with selling our home. She was able to answer all our questions and eased our stress throughout the entire process. Laura was also so helpful when making offers on new homes. She understood what we wanted to spend and helped us with making an offer that would be accepted but also within our budget. She handled staging, photographs, and all the needed paperwork for buying/selling making it much less stressful for us.

It's difficult to find the right words to describe how exceptional Laura is. We have worked with her on three home purchases and sales over the last decade, and I would not want to work with anyone else! Laura is AMAZING.
Being out-of-state owners, we remain overwhelmingly impressed, grateful, indebted and also continuously surprised, as there seemed no limit to what assistance Laura was able to provide us; not only did she sell our house but she also project managed the inspection, replacement of carpet and other needed repairs, as well as staging and sale. No question that Laura and her team had the house looking absolutely amazing ( she made it look so good it actually made it harder for us to sell ! )
Importantly Laura managed our expectations throughout the entire process and kept us actively updated on timelines and progress. Communication was positive, clear and direct with no real surprises anywhere.

Laura is amazing! We are first-time homebuyers, and the process was very intimidating, especially given how hot the housing market is in this area. Laura was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, usually getting back to us within a matter of hours and frequently within minutes. She happily took us to see dozens of homes, oftentimes 3-4 per week, to help us understand what we like and with no pressure to put in an offer if the home didn't feel right. She also guided us through the options we could exercise to make our offers stand out, again with no pressure to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Laura truly went above and beyond to help us get our perfect home and to make the process as smooth as possible.
