        No pride of ownership. Building is always dirty and smells like sewer.

        I don't give a dime for this building, the pick up the garbage when the wants sometimes is three weeks and the garbage still there, I have to pay all repairs in my apt because they don't do anything the get payments from the government because this building is HUD,most of the neighbor's are problem they get in to your life in your business oh god pls do your self a favor don't get apt in this building this is going to be your nightmare.

        I was there to visit a friend. The building looked nice on the exterior. Inside his 1 bedroom apt was quite nice. I took the ferry from Bremerton to Seattle caught the #12 between 1st & 2nd Marion avenue left side heading up the hill. Dropped me off at Honeysuckle 2 doors away. Safeway a couple blocks away and Harborview Hospital is quick by car or bus..less than 10 minutes. I think I'll get put on the waiting list. 👌👍
