My husband and I used Jens Realty services to sell our Seattle home last year and we were thrilled with her service! She helped stage the home and took care of getting it ready for sale/open houses while we were out of state. She got the home sold quickly at a good price and we couldnt be happier.

Jennifer was a god-send as a real estate agent. She educated me about the process of selling my house and kept me well informed. I appreciated that Jennifer had strengths as a salesperson and negotiator. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Jen was a fantastic realtor for myself and my spouse. We interviewed several realtors before deciding and she was by far the most prompt, helpful, and friendly. We were first time home buyers and Jens expertise and knowledge was so valuable and informative. During the pandemic, we met with Jen via Zoom and when we saw properties she did a great job following COVID rules by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. Even though that was a different thing to navigate, it was seamless and seemed very natural. We felt very safe buying a home even in the midst of a pandemic. Jen was so awesome throughout the whole process and we would 100% buy a home with her again and recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home!

Jen is simply amazing! She worked with us every step of the way, from the first moment we invited her to look at our house to the great suggestions she gave to us to get the house ready for sale to the crazy sales process that ended up bringing in much more $$ than we expected! Our house was in a challenging neighborhood, but it had a lot of charm, and the land zoning to be interesting to potential developers. She was savvy in attracting both individual home buyers and developers to consider and visit the house (during a pandemic), and she didn't stop there! Just in case things went sideways, she also set us up with some backup buyers, which was a fantastic idea. We weren't sure about the necessity, but the buyers were complicated, and it was helpful to have another set of buyers to be there for us when things didn't move along as planned. If we ever end up selling a house again, we'll definitely use Jen! She's the one you want on your side to make sure things go well, continue to move forward, and get done. Thanks, Jen!!
