Dan is the best in the business. No stretch of the truth at all here. For 6 months straight we went every single weekend and looked at houses making offers. Finally Dan pulled a house out wasn't even officially on the market yet and closed a deal for me. Since then I've literally made hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity from this property, but that's nothing compared to having an amazing home for me and mine. I have absolutely no doubt that I would not have this home today if it had not been for the diligent, and tenacious efforts Dan put in. I also have to say that it in that entire 6 months of hanging out every weekend Dan was always a pleasure to be around and made the experience a lot of fun.

Dan is an awesome agent. He really knows the Seattle market and always has a positive attitude. I highly recommend working with him. Very professional and willing to spend as much time as it takes to find the right home.

I've not worked with Dan as a realtor, hence the four star rating.. but I have worked with Dan on many community events in the Central District. He organized a big piece of the Jackson Jazz Walk and the Central District Association's carnival at the end of Hopscotch CD. He is active on many Central District-focused groups including East Pac and the Drug Free Communities Coalition. If you are looking to buy a house in the Central District, he has his pulse on what is going on in the neighborhood.

Dan is a great real estate agent. If you need a Realtor in Seattle, you should really call him. He really tries to help people, even if it means he might lose a sale. He doesn't know much about flowers but he knows his numbers, and he is a great negotiator. A real pleasure doing business with him.

I have been working with Dan on a recent transaction referred to him and am enjoying the professional manner in which he has been handling the entire process. His ability to read through the situation and respond with such great advice has set him apart as someone who really understands the art of working with a less than a perfect transaction. He is very patient and clearly has the experience to get the job done. I always try to make a business realtionship fun while working through it to get to the end zone.
