        Room spacer Cats in the unit smells so bud

        Do not recommend. Our unit was not cleaned before we moved in. We had a problem with homeless people squatting in the alley that was problematic for our entire year at the apartment that got fixed the last day of our stay so I can’t really say what it would have been like without them there.

        DO NOT LIVE HERE. Manager repeatedly stole stuff from me - didn't respond to requests for updates. Walls are terrible and location is worse (near the loudest and noisiest frats). Would not recommend living here even if it is cheap or convenient location. Would suggest living farther away and at a more expensive cost even if it requires taking the bus or walking a further distance to campus.

        Was one of the worst renting experiences of my life. manager was rude beyond on all possible definition of the word. Place was trashy and terrible.
