Koss Property Management

I'm at a loss of words to describe how great of an experience I've had dealing with Koss Property Management. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and availability for their clients are second to none. I highly recommend them!

Worst experience every. Moved out of one of their properties.  The manager came by at night when technically we were still the tenet and started asking a million questions and was very rude and nasty.  Nasty nasty lady.  Then proceeds to charge way over for carpet cleaning.  The carpets were bit clean when moved in and then charges over $500 to clean . Horrible and rude.  Never rent from these people.  So unprofessional and in my opinion crooks l.

Not responsive. Issues with tenants next door. Does not hold property Owners and themselves accountable.

If you're a money-hungry landlord looking to leach every penny from a real estate investment then this is the place to go. If you're a tenant or in my case live nearby one of their tenants, expect to be treated like garbage, or even better, verbally abused by one of their managers. I am disgusted and appalled by the behavior they demonstrated when I attempted to resolve an issue with one of their tenants. Apparently "32 years in the industry" not only gives you the right to be completely unprofessional but to also scream, yell and verbally abuse a community member. It is unfortunate that in this market, they will continue to profit when they should truly no longer be in business. They have complete disregard for the properties they manage and the safety of the neighbors and neighborhoods in which those properties are located. The property near my home is in terrible shape and it is clear only the absolute bare minimum upkeep has occurred. After reading other reviews, it's no surprise -- repairs ignored and neglected, mysterious fines and fees. Steer very, very, very clear of Koss.
