DO NOT RENT FROM BRETT!!! Worst rental experience we've ever had! Heater was broken for 3 MONTHS in the middle of winter with constant ignored requests to fix it, our oven was broken for almost 3 months (and was still broken when we finally moved out when our lease ended). And then to top it off, they withheld our ($3,000) security deposit from us past the legal limit, which almost made it to where we couldn't make our first mortgage payment. A partial deposit was returned 45 days later but we are STILL working with King County's small claims court to get the rest of our money. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone who will uphold basic tenant rights.

Farooq will rent you a place then will go after your money and not provide any proof, do not buy or rent as he is a dishonest person.
