Pretty perfect location close to downtown. Brand new building and surprisingly thick walls for Seattle. I've never heard my neighbors. Close to QFC and all the pike/pine bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite large for a micro apartment

Great micro studio apartments at a reasonable price for the location! Very close to Cap Hill and five minute walk to the light rail station. Also offers shorter rent options from 2-5 months. It is very small. Therefore would only recommend for someone who only needs a small amount of space. Bathroom, mini kitchen, microwave/refrigerator/freezer included with granite countertops. Newly built in late 2018.

Fantastic little apartments! Low cost, great location, new building, utilities included, fast & reliable internet included, decent storage space, large bathrooms, month-to-month option when your lease runs out, common areas are cleaned weekly, you have the option for basic furnishings (just a folding table/chair and small bed but I moved to Seattle with whatever could fit in my car so it was perfect), and all the staff I've dealt with have been really friendly. The downsides are pretty minor in comparison: neighbor noise is pretty bad (or I just have loud neighbors, YMMV), the building door is locked which delivery drivers hate, summers are rough with no AC (which is common in Seattle), and not having a dishwasher gets old fast. Hard to complain though when the rent is a fraction of the cost of other Seattle apartments!

This place is brand new and has an awesome kitchen/laundry patio set up, along with a second kitchen area on another floor. Great sized apartments for all accomodations
